Dedicated Users Acess

The Dedicated User Access feature allows Webnames account owners to securely delegate email administration responsibilities to other users without granting broader account access. This is especially useful when email management is handled by IT staff, contractors, or third‑party service providers who do not require access to other Webnames services.

Dedicated User Access works in conjunction with Webnames account user roles and provides a domain‑focused view of email permissions directly within the Email Administration interface.

Using Dedicated User Access

The Dedicated User Access page is accessed from within the Email Administration interface for a specific domain.

On this page, you can:

• View all Webnames account users who have the Email Administration role
• Select one or more users to grant email administration access for the current domain
• Remove access by deselecting users
• Apply changes immediately using the Apply button

Only users whose security role is set to Email Administration will appear in this list.
