Your application and use of domain blocking services purchased through Webnames.ca Inc. are governed by:
- The Webnames.ca Terms of Use and Services Agreement, which applies to all Webnames.ca services and
- Each Supplementary Agreement (listed below) applies to the specific domain blocking services. Some services have multiple Supplementary Agreements and Policies. The Terms of Use of the service, and applicable published policies may be updated from time to time. The links to these policies and agreements below are for convenience only. Customers are solely responsible for accessing and complying with all applicable service agreements and policies.
By submitting an order for domain blocking services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the legitimate holder of a right being submitted for verification through applicable verification processes and/or are expressly authorized to participate in the service on behalf of, the applicant, if applicable
- You consent to the handling, use and processing of personal data consistent with applicable law and your data processing agreement with us; and
- You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Webnames.ca Inc as well as each applicable service provider, and its subcontractors, directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents of each of them from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to your order(s). This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of your contract with us.
By submitting an order for domain blocking services, you acknowledge and signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to each of the Supplementary Agreements and Policies that apply.
