TXT yourdomain.ca v=spf1 a:spf10.webnames.ca -all

DNS records need to be applied manually in the following cases:

DNS records are updated via one of the following, depending on your domain's configuration:

Advanced: Prior to making these DNS changes, we recommend first lowering your TTLClosed Time to live (TTL) is a mechanism that limits the lifespan of data in a computer or network. Shorter TTLs can cause heavier loads on an authoritative nameserver, but can be useful when changing the address of critical services like Web servers or MX records, and therefore are often lowered by the DNS administrator prior to a service being moved, in order to minimize disruptions. value to 5 minutes and allowing that change to propagate. Once the new TTL value has propagated, any future DNS changes should only take 5 minutes to propagate.

Once all DNS changes have been made, propagated and verified, the TTL value can be changed back to its previous value.
